1 week
Before anything is designed, we need to understand you: your space, your goals, and whether we're the right fit for each other.
It starts with a 30-minute video call to review your project, discuss scope, timeline, and budget. If we're aligned, we schedule an in-person consultation at your space. We walk it together, ask the questions that matter, and start seeing what's possible.
From there, you receive a tailored proposal with clearly outlined scope and fees. No guesswork, no vague estimates. If you're ready to move forward, we formalize it with a Design Agreement — and the work begins.
This phase exists so you can make a confident decision before committing to anything.

3–6 weeks
This is where we build the foundation that keeps everything else on track.
You'll complete a personalized design questionnaire, not a generic form, but something that helps us understand how you actually live. We visit your space to take detailed measurements and review everything you've shared, ensuring no detail is missed.
You'll also receive a Welcome Guide and access to your client dashboard, where you can track milestones, approvals, and updates throughout the project. You'll always know where things stand.
Clarity at this stage means fewer surprises and better decisions later.

8+ weeks
This is the work. Detailed drawings, renderings, and a curated material selection built specifically around your lifestyle and aesthetic, not a template, not a trend.
Everything is presented in a clear, organized format with phased reviews so you can see, respond to, and approve each element before we move forward. Costs and timelines are confirmed before anything is locked in. We also coordinate directly with your General Contractor and vendors during this phase, so the design is technically sound before it ever hits the field.
You'll never be asked to sign off on something you don't fully understand.

Once you've approved the design, we handle all sourcing, ordering, and logistics.
Every item is received and inspected at our trusted warehouse before it reaches your home, ensuring it meets quality, accuracy, and condition standards. You receive regular updates on order status and delivery timelines, so nothing goes dark.
Your investment doesn't just go into the design. It goes into what arrives at your door.

This is where the design moves from paper to real life.
We work directly alongside your Builder or General Contractor and trades on-site, managing the details so you don't have to. Regular site visits keep the project on schedule, and any field decisions or adjustments are handled with the same care as the original design. All coordination happens behind the scenes; you stay informed, not overwhelmed.
You hired a professional so you wouldn't have to become one. This phase is where that matters most.

Construction is done. Now we bring it home.
Furniture, art, drapery, and every finishing layer are placed with intention, not just dropped off. We coordinate professional installers and a white-glove delivery service to make sure everything lands exactly right.
When it's done, we hand over your space with a glass of bubbly. You walk in, and it's ready.
This is the moment your investment becomes your home.

We don't disappear after install.
Any final punch items are addressed, and if the photoshoot wasn't captured during install day, we schedule it here. You receive a Goodbye Packet, maintenance guides, warranty information, and care tips to help the design hold up as intended. You also get to choose which styling accessories you'd like to keep.
A finished project isn't the end of our relationship. It's the proof of it.
